Chuck was recommended to our family by a friend. He was Great! He made us confident in our house and what we were selling it for. He took care of everything from staging pictures to showings. Although we had some issues with the buyers the whole process with Chuck was great! He even came by our new house with a box of goodies and tequila because I said I was going to need something for the stress of the process of selling our home and buying a new one. Our roof needed replaced and we needed a handyman to come out for a couple of fixes and Chuck handles it all. He made the process as painless as possible for us. As for buying our new house, he was great there too! We had a few disappointments but he kept assuring us the perfect house was out there. Once we found the house, he was great with negotiating, helping with inspection, appraisal and making sure requested repairs were done. We would highly recommend him!
